Development Intern

• Analyzed data from December 2019 to July 2023 for one of the companies’ LLCs and recorded it by week and month so they could see how it was performing.
• Assessed properties and potential project sites to see what kind of projects would work best for that property based on the zoning and surrounding sites.
• Walked multiple commercial properties with their respective property managers during walkthroughs and inspections.

Realtor Intern

• Assisted a realtor with operational tasks like reviewing offers, scheduling house showings, and researching suitable properties based on clients requirements.
• Trained weekly using “Rev Up” which is a program the company uses to train new real estate agents.
• Evaluated property listings to find good comparisons to create a comparative market analysis in order to estimate the value of a clients property.
