This group is to discussion what workouts you like to do. Or what sport do you play? I’ve noticed a lot of students here love fitness and sports. Today for example, we did yoga at the Student Faculty Center. Our instructor Andrew was amazing. Tomorrow we plan to do a hardcore type workout with weights and a lot of running. I also like to play basketball and racquetball on my free time. Workouts are an excellent way to relieve stress. So what workout did you do today?
