‘Work Experience’
As a shift leader at Rite Aid, I’ve been in the company since February 2023 to present. I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. This included managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining inventory. I am also in charge of opening and closing the store, as well as handling any issues that may arise during my shift. It’s a leadership role that requires great organizational and communication skills.
