Work Experience

My experience includes multiple years at retail stores. First I worked at Salty Paws, a dog treat/ice cream store. Then, I worked at a t-shirt/souvenir store. I think my experiences at both stores allowed me to become interested in marketing. I was serving customers in both roles which showed me how to develop communication skills and problem-solving skills while directly helping customers.

Recently, I was given the opportunity to serve as Vice President of Operations for my sorority Delta Phi Epsilon. It has been such a great experience- definitely out of my comfort zone but I’ve been able to improve my communication and leadership skills.
