Skills
I am an extremely motivated and driven young individual who has a hunger to gain further knowledge about working in a professional environment. I have already gained a lot of experience in different fields through the work experience that I have undertaken.I have developed strong leadership skills through captaining my cricket team. This job also meant often things would not go as planned and I had to be extremely adaptable and be able to change strategies, which is a key attribute to have in any workplace. Volunteering at my local library allowed me to interact with many different people and allowed me to strengthen my communication skills and gave me the experience of working in a professional environment. I have the ability to work well in a team aided by the fact that I have excellent communication skills, and a friendly personality all while maintaining the highest possible professional standards. Working as an organiser of charity events I had to set up many stalls and ensure they looked highly presentable. This allowed me to get the skills required to be organised. Organising these stalls often meant I had to play close attention to detail to ensure everything was perfect and this has made me an even more attentive person with a keen eye. Working in an environment like The Mayfair provided me with the invaluable skill of being flexible in the work environment as it required me to take up many roles at the same time. Working there was like a high pressure environment like no other which has allowed me to have the skills to work in any environment surrounded by many different people and being able to handle it with ease.
