I have worked in the snack bar at Lake Kandle Swim Club in Sewell, NJ for the past five summers. Two years ago, I was promoted to snack bar manager. In the snack bar, I take orders at the window and serve them immediately or I take their order to the back to be cooked. I cook burgers and cheese steaks on the grill and cook french fries and chicken nuggets in the fryer. As a snack bar employee, I take orders, cook food, clean, and keep track of inventory. As a manger, I fulfilled all counter orders and completed all cash and credit transactions without overages and shortages. I also cooked orders according to company standards, observing rules of food safety. Finally, I trained new employees in company policies.
