I will share my experiences working at Walmart and PNC Bank.

At my first job at Walmart, I served as a cashier and customer service representative. My responsibilities included:

  • Welcoming customers upon their arrival and guiding them to the relevant store sections.
  • Assisting customers in selecting merchandise, ensuring they find the best prices, and providing information about payment procedures.
  • Bringing selected items to the pay register for customers.
  • Contributing to shelf restocking efforts.

During my second job at PNC Bank, I focused on customer service and engaged in various tasks:

  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive banking experience for clients.
  • Conducting diverse financial transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while strictly adhering to established procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate transaction records and meticulously balancing cash drawers with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues from different departments to achieve operational goals.
