Work Experience

A/P and Clerical:
Accounts payable, purchase order vouchering, data entry, payroll including direct deposit, support to Controller for monthly, quarterly and yearly tax submissions, general secretarial duties, assistance of estimating department in material take-offs and telephone support

Construction Estimating Department Coordinator:
Acquire and review of all plans and specifications in order to prepare invitations to bid, as well as select subcontractors/suppliers to invite, update company website for all potential projects and/or progressive changes, document control, including blueprint reproduction and distribution, set up of project files, review bid forms, obtain and verify insurance bonding as applicable, complete bid forms, documents and coordinate deliveries, compile and transmit questions to be sent to Architect, contact Municipalities to obtain costs for building permits and associated fees, notify subcontractors/suppliers of addendum via email distribution group, identify and contact specialty vendors, record bid tabulation summaries

Construction Project Coordinator:
Assistant to Project Managers with construction budgets, scheduling, quality control and job costing, coordination of subcontractors and suppliers in relation to pricing, delivery and documentation, Submittals, RFIs, LEED documentation, Certified Payroll, billing and all correspondence with Architect and/or Owner

Director of I.T. and Sales/Marketing:
Responsibilities included creation and maintenance of company website, initiated and operated company network and maintenance of Microsoft NT server, inner-office and field employee training of software, maintenance of programs, hardware and office equipment (telephone system, Nextel SIM, copiers, printers, etc.), coordinated meetings and delegated responsibilities for twelve sales agents within three counties, complete design and distribution of all marketing materials and advertisements, initiated promotions for company growth as well as respective communities, tracked sales and applicable goals for sales agents

IT Department Coordinator:
Inner-office and field-employee training, computer maintenance, protection, maintenance of programs, computer hardware and general office equipment (telephone system, copiers, printers, large-format printers, etc.), company website updates

Job Cost Analyst:
Review job costs including applicable accounts payable, payroll, material costs, data entry, support to Controller, general secretarial duties

Office Manager:
Interviewing, hiring and training of employees, supervision of clerical office staff, coordination of ordering and maintenance of general office supplies and equipment, executive secretary to company President
