Work Experience

My current position as a waiter at IHOP since December of 2019 has taught me the important skills of working as part of a team, interacting with guests, and how to work efficiently.

My position includes

  • Providing customer service for 160-seat restaurant, specializing in breakfast cuisine
  • Aiding sales team by training new employees and demonstrating sales tactics, resulting in greater productivity from new hires
  • Adapting and adhering to changing policies, helping to implement new procedures and expand operation efficiencies
  • Reducing customer dissatisfaction by identifying customer needs and negotiating solutions with management
