Work Experience

Throughout my life I have worked three jobs. I started at Mcdonalds in July of 2019, I started out as a regular crew member, then moved up to a crew trainer. Some of my responsibilities were consisted of ensuring new employees understand and follow company policies, procedures, and standards. I was employed here until 2021. During the summer seasons I was employed at Palace Entertainment and was a team lead manager. My duties consisted of organizing inventory, following safety food protocols, addressing customer concerns, and training staff. My final employment establishment was Chipotle, I worked there from September 2021 to August of 2022. I started off as a crew trainer due to my experience in the food industry. My duties consisted of facilitating on-the-job training sessions, ensuring that crew members understand and adhere to company policies and food safety standards.
