Thanks for looking at my eportfolio! I am from Media, PA and attended to Archbishop John Carroll HS. I recently transferred from Santa Clara University in California. Thankful for the wonderful experiences California had to offer, my goal is to start making connections in Philadelphia where I aim to start a career.

I chose Marketing as a major because I am interested in what drives people to make purchases and want to continue to make the consumer experience valuable in the age of a digital retail revolution. I am a millennial and we are the growing generation of interest, and I believe from my own consumer behavior that I can help companies focus on what really matters in sales today.

  • HI, I am also majoring in MIS for the same reason. In additional, I believe that this is a more practical degree and will direct me to real world applications, instead of theory.

  • I am not majoring in MIS, but I will say this class has caught my interest. I feel like this class will help me out a lot with real world business problems.

  • Hello Margo,

I am also a marketing major who strives to build a career in the Philadelphia area. It is fantastic to see others who are interested in what makes people make the purchases they do, especially because this is crucial to the growing market in Philadelphia. If we did not understand what makes a person want to purchase a piece of property, we would never be able to entice them to purchase something of our own.
