    • Hi Mark. What types are workouts do you do? What’s your routine? Thanks for joining the group.

      • Hi Hector, thanks for asking. I go to STAR gym and I mainly focus on upper body workouts, from shoulders to deltoids to arms. I am looking for more leg routines to do and I was also considering starting core workouts again. I try to avoid cardio because I personally am not trying to lose weight.

        • Try squats with weights, and box spring jumps. I’ve had to stop doing these since I’ve injured my right knee.
