Hi Tom! I also have an interest in leadership. It’s interesting how leadership styles are drastically different person to person, and how certain styles work better than others in a given situation.

@tui96983 Hi Kim! I see we both have an interest in teamwork. Personally, I believe that having a strong team foundation is key to solving issues within the work place.
