Assistant Store Manager – September 2012 – November 2014

• Spearheaded an initiative to overhaul the store through a fast board technique highlighting key success and opportunities on a day by day comparison and week over week

• Implemented revenue strategies that increased the Deli department by an average of 18%, Seafood by 20%, Meat department by 15%, and Produce by 8%; and in turn increased the store averaged 8-10% annually

• Instituted mandatory 1 on 1 for new hires to decrease attrition and discover preferred areas of cross training opportunities

• Promoted to General Manager of a larger market
